UPTOWN MALL A six bay – strip mall type development flanked by Mohawk Gas Station on one end and Pizza Hut Restaurant on the other.
TAMARACK VILLAGE Four buildings developed in the heart of downtown – 100% occupancy was achieved before completion!  This development was designed to reflect a “village” type atmosphere of many shops offering a wide variety of services / products.
GASLAND MALL 2 storey apartment building developed over main floor commercial development.  Completed in 198* this development was the first of its kind in Fort McMurray.
WESTWOOD PLAZA Two building development consisting of strip mall and free standing restaurant developed on the corner of Tundra Drive and Signal Road in Thickwood in 198*.  Many tenants have called Westwood Plaza home over the years, notably Coco’s Bar and Grill and Uncle Bills Convenience Store.

CLEARWATER EDUCATION CENTRE This project involved turning a building previously used as an elementary school into the new district offices for the public school board.  This project came in under budget and on time.
