The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) has regulated the practice of engineering, geology and geophysics in Alberta since 1920. APEGGA has been a vibrant and progressive self-governing association fulfilling the mandate given to it by the Engineering, Geological and Geophysical Professions (EGGP) Act.
