• Fort McMurray's first 'condominiumization' of commercial property - The Uptown Mall (412 Thickwood Boulevard) - was successfully completed and 100% purchased by the respective business owners.
  
  
• Social housing requirements: Development of River Lot 13 into what is now known as Edgewater Courts was brought from conception to a reality through Liam's influence and expertise.
